This week our Reception children in the Octopus class have been working hard to develop our garden area. They cleared and cleaned the area carried and organized the materials. All the children worked together, sharing ideas to prepare the soil ready to plant. We selected leaf plants as they should grow easily at this time of year. The children collected the plants and were eager to plant them. We will now look after the plants and hopefully be able to eat some lettuce, white cabbage, kale, red cabbage, and celery from our garden.
