This week Playgroup have had lots of fun with Humpty Dumpty  

As nursery rhymes are full of rhyming words, they help us learn new vocabulary and develop hearing awareness. 👏👏👏

Humpty Dumpty has been helping the children to develop their creative side by acting out the rhyme  

Nursery Rhymes are full of patterns, numbers and help us count too. 

Using all of our building skills we helped Humpty to re-build his wall. Time and time again which was great for our hand eye coordination.  

Oh,and we also had Humpty eggs for breakfast in the home corner. Delicious 😋

Getting creative by rolling boiled eggs in paint was magical as we saw how all the different colour paints mixed together and made new colours.
