Cinedfest is a free educative project based on Tenerife but with international projection. It offers educational centres the possibility, to enter short films for competition where audio-visual language is used as an educative tool.
This year, like we did last year, we have participated as British School Tenerife in the 7th edition of this festival. Two of our students, Laura C. and Eduardo T. from Year 11, entered a beautiful and emotive short animation film to the competition.
Last Friday October 2nd the gala was held via live-streaming from the CC Meridiano theatres in Santa Cruz due to the COVID restrictions. We are happy to announce, that our students won ´Prize for best Animation Secondary´ in the Canaries. We are very proud of them and we would like to congratulate them on their achievement.
