As you know our school is continually developing with new technologies to help our students and families, which is why we have decided to work with the Educamos tool and from the next academic year this management system will be available to families to help us move forward.
Educamos is a service which helps to integrate everything a centre needs to improve all management processes, communication and, of course, teaching and learning in the Centre.
The Educamos platform aims to be a unique instrument to carry out the management and communication processes of the school, eg. allowing parents to be informed immediately regarding the behaviour and attendance of their children, allowing authorizations for outings and excursions in an automated way, to know the status of accounts, etc …
The is no need to download any application and you only ahve to access the internet. It respects the maximum security and legislation on data protection.
It works with any current existing browser.
What possibilities will it offer?
The platform allows effective communication between teacher and parents / parents and teachers.
It works in real time, so any incident or message can be seen immediately by parents wherever they are.
For the moment, it will allow us to:
- Communicate and justify absences and delays on the same day ther occur.
- Consult the grades obtained in the evaluations and the official dates of the evaluation and control exams.
- Access all letters and communications.
- Check the schedule of students and their assignments.
- Establish meetings with tutors / teachers in a more personalized way.
- Know the status of accounts.
You can only Access with a username and password:
- Every parent will be assigned a unique username and password. When entering the platform for the first time, the system will ask you to modify the username and password for a definitive one. From that moment, you will access with this new username and password.
- Parents will also have access to information that the school can provide through the mobile APP.
- The platform can be accessed through any existing tablet when working in the cloud.
Initially, we were going to begin with the management program, and once we had some time working with it we would continue with the communication area. The new Data Protection law has speeded up the process since the EDUCAMOS program helps to comply with the new regulations, it has been decided to start with both.
We appreciate your cooperation and we apologize in advance if there are errors initially, as all new inititatives usually require time. The academic staff will receive their training in September just before they school starts, so until they get an efficient management of the program, there may be some issues that will continue to be carried out as they have been until now.
